A formal Diversity Committee was formed in 2004 to ensure that Scripps Networks remains focused on diversity and inclusion as primary drivers for our business for years to come.  Five strategic teams were added in 2007 to focus on diversity as it relates to work force, community, audience, content and suppliers.
